In accordance with initiative research plan of the institute within the program "Children of Chernobyl" in one of Tula regions of Russian Federation qualified according to standards of radiation security as territory under control and displacing people of own accord there was carried out under expedition conditions an examination of neuro-psychic health state of 895 children, born in 1984-1990.
On the basis of formed groups there was carried out statistic analytical comparison of children health, born in various to the ChAES accident periods: 1-st group - children, born before the accident, which received integral effect of irradiation influence on thyroid gland (iodine-131) external and internal irradiation in the first line due to Cesium-134 and Cesium-137 aged from 6 Month.
2-nd group - children, born before the accident received analogous effect of irradiation influence aged to 6 month.
3-rd group - children concepted before accident, received analogous effect of irradiation influence in the period of intrauterine also external and internal irradiation in the first line due to Radiocesium 134 and 137 postnatal.
4-rth group - children concepted, were bearing and born in the after accident period from 1987 to 1990, which received external and internal irradiation due to Radiocesium 134 and 137.
Table 1 contains data characterises neuro-psychic health state in the formed children group.

The data contained in the table display most low health characteristics and top level of heart diseases of children in the 2-nd and 3-rd group. It corresponds to radio-biological ideas about most radiosensitivity of children in the stage of ontogenesis.
Structural analysis of neuro-psychic pathology of children in the formed groups witnesses, that character of the changes in the diseases data of children population on the territory under study is not identical. So among the children born before the accident (gr. 1 u. 2) it happens more often neurotic disorders (clinical and subclinical forms) in comparison with the children born after the accident (gr. 3 u. 4). Statistics in this case are reliable.
Statistics about changes between children in 1-st and 2-nd group are not reliable, though percentage of children with given pathology among more radio-sensitive children in 2-nd group are is higher (table 2).

Among the children born after the accident we see clear growth of absolute and relative frequency of light forms of general psychic retardation, which coincides with identification border mental delayed development with total intelligence quotient 80-90 units. The discovered changes in comparison with the period before accident are statistics proof.

Statistical correlation between dosemetrical data (retro- spective assessment of individual absorbed dose of outward and inside irradiation and irradiation of thyroid gland due to iodine) and clinic-epidemic research allows to come to the conclusion about connection between frequency of psychic retardation syndrome and irradiation dose of thyroid gland in the period of intrauterine 10 and more.
The available data allow to believe with sufficient probability, that discover red changes in neuro-psychiatric health in children are connected with character of irradiation influence (intensity and quality), also nature of ontogenesis.
